For the main products on the market, the multi-filter seat, there are mainly three filter seats and six joint filter seats. However, in the case of microbial detection, it may often be insufficient due to the large amount of sample or the large number of samples.

In order to meet the needs of microbial membrane filtration, our company has introduced multi-connector through connection method, which is convenient for customers to choose 12-series filter holders and 9-series filter holders to detect multi-filter/filter funnel brackets.

Here's an example:

1. Take two sets of aluminum joints

2. Remove the joints on each side of the two sets of triple joints.

3. Put the triple seat upside down as shown below, and then use the hexagonal wrench to turn the stop screw under the grip out.

4. One-sided joint and the state after the grip is removed

5. Lock the double-toothed joint into one of the flow channel tubes and lock it to the end.

6. Insert the aluminum sleeve into the joint end

7. Straighten the joint and lock the three-piece joint with the lock joint into the end, and the two sets of triple joints are in the same direction. (The gap between the casing and the runner is normal, and there is a gap of 1mm at the maximum)

8. After the lock is completed, place the table on the same side and adjust the position of the lock hole of the sleeve to the hole position vertically upwards.

9. Screw the two stop screws into the sleeve and lock them a little!

10. After completing, please confirm whether the three-seat is fixed and will not shake or turn.

If it is not fully fixed, please return to step 9 and tighten the screws. Also, if the grips on both sides are tilted, adjust the screws under the grips.
