Several performance test instructions before the use of pasteurization machine

The pasteurization machine is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. The sterilization temperature and speed can be set according to the process requirements. The machine runs smoothly and has low noise. The stainless steel mesh belt has high strength, small flexibility, is not easy to be deformed, and is easy to maintain. It completely solves the "consistency" caused by the low degree of automation in the sterilization process, strengthens the "consistency", and greatly improves the success rate of sterilization. Before using the pasteurizer, the user needs to perform the following performance tests in order to ensure the normal operation of the machine:

First, first open the cooling water of the vacuum pump milk pump circulating water pump to make the cooling water supply sufficient.

2. Check the cooling water tank and confirm that there is water in the water tank. Check whether the vacuum gauge is in the zero position and each pump interface. Whether the four-stage sterilizer interfaces are connected, whether the interfaces are loose or not, after the inspection is correct, proceed to the next step.

Third, do not open the pump air pump, water can be fed after the four-stage sterilizer is circulated from the flasher to be heated.

4. Simultaneously open the four-stage sterilizer feed pump and the flasher discharge pump to keep the liquid level of the liquid in the flasher below the center line of the sight glass. After the liquid level is stable, proceed to the next step.

5. Turn on the cooling water circulation system so that the cooling water level is kept at the cooling water level and kept at the center position of the cooler mirror to start circulating.

6. Before opening the vacuum pump to open the pump, first close the vacuum pump and then gradually open it to let the vacuum pump rise.

7. During the vacuum pump rise process, the vacuum pump affects the flasher discharge pump, the discharge is reduced, and the liquid level rise must be closed to the small four-stage sterilizer feed port to stabilize the liquid level. Therefore, the vacuum pump does not have to be large (0.08).
