In the experiment, the dried Gynostemma pentaphyllum was pulverized into a coarse powder, accurately weighed in a 100g round bottom flask, and extracted with 70% ethanol multiple times, and the extracts were combined, concentrated by a rotary evaporator, dried under reduced pressure, and dried with 1000 mL.
