Packaging standards
1. All packaging materials must not be contaminated by sterilants, preservatives, fumigants, insecticides, etc. to prevent the introduction of secondary pollution.
2. Avoid using unnecessary packaging materials and avoid excessive packaging.
3. The packaging of organic tea products (including large and small packaging materials) must be food-grade packaging materials, including: cardboard, polyethylene (PE), aluminum foil composite film, tinplate tea, white board paper, lining paper, and tying materials. .
4. The packaging materials that come into contact with tea products should have fresh-keeping properties (such as moisture-proof, oxygen-barrier, etc.); no odor, and must not contain fluorescent dyes and other contaminants.
5. The production of packaging materials and the storage of packaging must follow the principle of not contaminating the environment. Therefore, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), expanded polystyrene mixed with chlorofluorocarbons (CFC), etc. are not allowed as packaging materials. Packing waste should be promptly cleaned, classified, and decontaminated.
6. All kinds of packaging materials should be solid, dry, clean, no odor, no mechanical damage. The health and specifications of various packaging materials should meet the requirements of WMB48-19812 Tea Packaging Standard.
7. It is recommended to use aseptic packaging vacuum packaging and nitrogen-filled packaging to package organic tea.
8. Adhesives, inks, inks, etc. used in printing inks or labels and seals on product packaging must be non-toxic.
Sterile medical gauze swabs
Structure and composition: It is made of 100% cotton gauze with X-rays or without X-rays after degreasing, bleaching, drying, processing, cutting and folding.
Product performance: Clean, soft, non-toxic, odorless, non-fluorescent, no oil spots, no mold spots or debris adhesion, and has good water absorption performance.
