How to maintain the fried seed machine

The frying machine is an essential machine in the production equipment of the oil press. The fried seed machine can be divided into two types: a drum type seed machine and a steam seed machine. The drum type frying machine makes the fry evenly and easy to control. The motor is equipped with a positive and negative controller and a temperature regulator to facilitate the cooking and discharging. Suitable for frying of rapeseed, oil sunflower, peanut fruit and chestnut.

(1) The lubrication condition should be checked after 50 hours of work. The oil cup on the gear box should not be short of oil. The screw shaft should be adjusted from the adjustment screw hole to the oil in the screw hole. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited.

(2) The parts of the oil should be protected from dust and other impurities. The quality of the oil in the gearbox should be checked once a year. If it is found to be deteriorated, all oil should be replaced.

(3) When the crushing amount is reduced and the cake or oil is not normal, the screw shaft should be taken out to check the wear of the screw, the strip and the cake ring, and the worn parts should be replaced in time.

(4) After the end of each shift, the residual cake in the machine should be removed and the dust and grease on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean.

(5) When storing for a long time after the end of the production season, maintenance should be carried out once, and the screw, the squeeze bar, the cake ring should be removed and washed and re-applied, and placed in a dry place.
