Because the environmental conditions of the greenhouse are suitable for the propagation of pathogenic nematodes, the disease occurs throughout the year, and the incidence is more severe than that of the open field. The loss due to the disease is generally 20% to 30%, and the weight is as high as 60% to 70%. In addition to harming tomatoes, it also harms crops such as cucumber, eggplant, lettuce and Chinese cabbage, and has become a major disease of vegetable roots. The disease is a soil disease with a wide range of transmission. It is difficult to achieve the intended purpose by relying on a single prevention and control measure. Must be based on agricultural control, combined with chemical control in order to receive good results.

Agricultural control measures

1. Reasonably turn down. The rotation of crops with grasses or onions and garlic crops for 2 to 3 years has good control effects, and the prevention of diseases with paddy crop rotation is better.

2. Freeze the soil. After the crop is harvested, plow water is poured before and after the harvest, and the shed film is removed. After two months of freezing, it can effectively kill pathogenic nematodes.

3. Strengthen field management. In combination with site preparation, turning topsoil to less than 30 cm can effectively control nematode damage. Rational fertilization water, enhance plant disease resistance. Timely removal of diseased plant residues and field hosts, centralized burning or deep buried.

Pharmaceutical treatment soil

1. Apply pesticides. In the 15 days before seedling colonization, 10% thiazophos granules per acre, or 1.1% matrine powder 3 ~ 5 kg, mix well with fine soil, spread the ground uniformly, and then plough into the soil. 2. Medication Irrigation. In the event of partial plant damage at the seedling stage, 1.8% avermectin EC may be used as a 1500-fold solution, or 50% phoxim EC may be used as a 1500-fold solution, or 90% crystals of dichlorfon 1000 times may be used to irrigate the diseased plants. For 30 days, the agent may be re-primed once as appropriate. According to tests, the above-mentioned agents have an efficacy of about 90% and are safer.
