Many chicken farmers rely on the advantageous conditions of producing chicken manure, regardless of cost. Regardless of summer sowing and autumn seeding, large quantities of chicken manure are applied in the field, with little or no chemical fertilizer applied. It stands to reason that more fertilization and more production, but their harvest is often not as high as other farmers. What is the reason for this?
Like all other organic fertilizers, chicken manure has many nutrient types but lower concentrations. According to research, roughly every 3 kg of wheat needed to produce 100 kg of wheat, 1 to 1.5 kg of phosphorus and 2 to 4 kg of potassium, and 2 to 4 kg of pure nitrogen per gram of 100 kg of corn grain must be absorbed. Phosphorus 0.7 to 1.5 kg, potassium oxide 3.2 to 5.5 kg. The large application of chicken manure resulted in a serious imbalance in the proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus and potash in the field. The more chicken manure applied, the more severe the imbalance. As a result, it is prone to lodging of dry hot wind wheat, and greedy greenery late, which is not conducive to harvesting with other farmers at the same time, and can easily result in production cuts.
The scientific application method of chicken manure is about 2000 kg per acre every other year, and then the fertilizer is applied according to the soil and target yield. For corn plots with a yield of more than 650 kilograms per mu, 30-35 kg of compound fertilizer containing 18, 12 and 15 parts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are used as base fertilizer, and the yield of wheat is between 500-600 kg of wheat per mu. Apply 30-36 kg of compound fertilizers with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium contents of 15, 20, and 12, and topically apply about 20 kg of urea.
