Many customers have faced such problems and will not solve the problem when they have just operated a single punching machine. Let me briefly list a few problems and solutions.
1. When using a single punching machine to press the sheet, there will be such a situation. It is found that the particle thickness is unevenly distributed, and the particle flow rate is different when the tablet is pressed, resulting in uneven grain thickness in the middle die hole, then our solution It is to mix the granules or sieve out too much fine powder.
2. If you have a fine powder adhering to the punch and causing the slamming, the difference in weight may be larger. Then we are inflexible under this time, we should check in time, remove the die, clean the undershoot and the middle die hole.
3. If the fluidity of the particles is found to be poor, the amount of particles flowing into the pores of the medium mold is small and small, causing the difference in the weight of the sheet to be too large and exceeding the limit. Then we should re-granulate or add suitable glidants such as micro-silica gel to improve the fluidity of the particles.
4. If you want to make a good grain, you must layer the particles to reduce the difference in particle size.
5. Smaller tablets use larger particles. We should choose the right size of the particles.
6. The hopper is blocked. This phenomenon often occurs in drugs with strong viscosity or moisture permeability. We should clear the hopper, keep the tableting environment dry, and add a flow aid to solve it.
7. There is a big difference in the amount of material stored in the material. Control is within 30%.
8. The feeder is unbalanced or not installed in place, resulting in uneven packing. Balance the feeder or install it in place.
9. The scraping board is not flat or poorly installed. Leveling.
10. With the forced feeder, the forced feeder dial speed does not match the turntable speed. Tune consistently.
11. The punch has poor matching with the middle die hole. For example, more powder is leaked between the outer periphery of the undershoot and the wall of the die hole, causing the phenomenon of "burdening" under the undershoot, resulting in insufficient material filling. In this case, the punch and the middle mold should be replaced.
12, the length of the undershoot is different, the difference is poor, resulting in uneven filling. Correction, within ±5μm.
13. The undershoot is damped, and the damping force of the damper screw adjustment is not good. readjust.
14. The filling track is worn or the filling mechanism is unstable. Replace or stabilize.
15. Pursuing the output, the rotation speed of the turntable is too fast, and the filling amount is insufficient. In particular, when pressing large pieces, it is necessary to appropriately reduce the rotation speed to ensure that the filling is sufficient.
16. The tablet press is too large, the structure is loose, the assembly is unreasonable or reassembled; the pressure setting of the tablet press is too large. Reduce the pressure.
