Understand the hot air rotary furnace installation and use precautions

Hot air rotary furnace installation and use precautions:

1. Install a safety socket that meets the national safety standard leakage protection switch 220V power supply near the hot air rotary furnace.

2. Install the liquefied petroleum gas equipped with the hot air rotary furnace on the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder with a pressure reducing valve, and connect the outlet of the pressure reducing valve to the “three links” (self-prepared) with a liquefied petroleum gas hose conforming to the national standard. Then use two LPG hoses to connect the three-way two-head outlet to the left and right air inlets of the roast duck oven, and fix the hose joints with joint clips to prevent falling off.

3. Fix the circle frame in the hot air oven on the rotating round tube as required.

4. Turn on the power, set the left and right ignition switches to the off position, and twist the total valve of the cylinder.

5, electronic ignition: use one hand to hold the door two handles, use the other hand to press the knob ignition switch left turn 90 degrees, smell the sound, the electric spark ignites the ignition tube, confirm that the burner has burned before Release your hand. Otherwise it will not ignite. The firepower is adjusted by "on" and "off" rotations.

6. When using the electronic ignition duck oven for the first time, a fire may not be ignited. Since the nozzle is not filled with gas, the fire may be repeated two or three times to ignite.

7. Dial the power switch, dial the rotary switch, and hang the duck in the hot air oven for baking.

8. Observe the thermometer reading and adjust the air supply according to the needs of baking.

9. When the hot air rotary furnace stops working, the ignition switch and the air supply main valve should be turned off, and the power supply should be turned off to confirm that the fire is completely burned before the operator can leave.
