1 considerations
1.1 The instrument case must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
1.2 The instrument should be placed in a well ventilated room, and no flammable or explosive materials should be placed around it.
1.3 Do not put flammable or explosive materials in the furnace cavity.
1.4 Turn off the instrument 15 minutes after the instrument finishes working to facilitate heat dissipation.
1.5 The clamp must be used to take out the sample. It must be equipped with insulated gloves to prevent burns.
2 steps
2.1 Put the sample to be heat treated into the furnace and turn on the power.
2.2 Using the LTDE smart meter on the panel to program, after the program is edited according to the required heat treatment steps, the program starts to heat up.
2.3 After the heat treatment is completed, wait 15 minutes before turning off the power.
3 maintenance
3.1 Place the oven in a ventilated, dry test chamber.
3.2 Keep the inside of the box clean.
3.3 Be careful not to touch the thermocouple on the top of the furnace chamber.
3.4 When the temperature is high, try to avoid opening the furnace door to prevent the resistance wire from oxidizing too fast and easily damaged.
